State workers granted religious exemptions, only to have accommodations revoked at last minute

Soldiers File Lawsuit Over Military Vaccine Mandate Seeking Exemption For ‘Natural Immunity’ | The Daily Wire
Two U.S. servicemen have filed a lawsuit against the Defense Department to exempt those with COVID-19 antibodies from a mandatory vaccine order for the military.
Army Staff Sgt. Daniel Robert and Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Hollie Mulvihill filed a lawsuit on August 17 seeking an exemption for service members who have already contracted and recovered from COVID-19, according to Military.com.
“Service members that have natural immunity, developed from surviving the virus, should be granted a medical exception from compulsory vaccination because the DoD instruction policy reflects the well-established understanding that prior infection provides the immune system’s best possible response to the virus,” the lawsuit states.

Three parents filed a lawsuit accusing the California state school curriculum of violating the U.S. Constitution over an Ethnic Studies lesson that asks kids to pray and chant to Aztec gods.
"Our clients are not opposed to having students learn about different cultures and religions, including the practices of the Aztecs," said Paul Jonna, special counsel at Thomas More Society, which is representing the parents in court.
"But the California State Board of Education's approved Ethnic Studies Model Curriculum goes far beyond that by directing students to pray to Aztec deities," he explained. "This portion of the Ethnic Studies Model Curriculum is not only offensive, but blatantly unconstitutional."

FAIR Takes Action: The Gateway School
On September 15th, four anonymous incident reports were submitted to FAIR Transparency regarding potentially unlawful curricula at The Gateway School, a private K-8 school in New York for “students with language-based learning disabilities and attention deficits.”
According to the report, “parents have been completely left in the dark” regarding the creation and purpose of a newly formed “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” committee at the school, nor is it anywhere mentioned that the school has revised its Humanities curriculum to be taught through an “anti-racist lens.”
The report also mentions the implementation of racially segregated “affinity groups,” which may violate Human Rights Law, and the pressuring of students to declare gender pronouns, which demands that they unquestioningly accept (or at least parrot) a particular set of beliefs about sex and gender.

In 2020 he was the focus of a fanatical UK based Black Lives Matter mob, whom applied pressure to get him fired from a charity that he founded over here.
