COMMENTARY ON THE BELOW ARTICLE: To the woke left, about the whole ‘book burning/destroying’ thing… it’s just not a good look. You might want to reconsider that approach – BrandX.

COMMENTARY ON THE BELOW ARTICLE: Always remember. Puppets never get to speak of their own volition – BrandX.

COMMENTARY ON THE BELOW ARTICLE: Dream on. Despite a few handpicked comments from crazy trolls, the massive overall controversy surrounding this casting is the ‘woke narrative’ angle. The insertion of identity politics into the James Bond franchise just as we have seen with so many other beloved IPs. (If this makes it into the actual movie of course).

I am a huge James Bond nerd and I can assure you that having a strong powerful black female character in Bond films is nothing new. Sean Connery even tangled with them back in his day. Hell my favourite Bond girl hands down is Asian… Michelle Yeoh in Tomorrow Never Dies from 1997. Grace Jones’ ‘Mayday’ character would easily be in my top 5 also, from View To A Kill, in 1985.

I say this, because I myself am not happy with the kind of critical theory rhetoric that we are seeing leading up to the release of this film. Nothing to do with the ‘nontroversy’ of having a black female agent in the picture. No-one really cares! Sorry.

Hopefully, this is just ‘behind the scenes’ CRT garbage and this narrative doesn’t make it into the actual movie itself.

My plan is to wait at least 2 days until this film has been out on general release, find out what the consensus is, if it has gone woke or not, before I buy a ticket.  Let’s vote with our wallets, as always – BrandX

COMMENTARY ON THE BELOW VIDEO: Some great commentary from one of our long standing friends, Jason Bermas, over in the USA.

Check his channel out and some of his older documentary films such as ‘Fabled Enemies’ and ‘Invisible Empire’.  He was also involved in the production of Loose Change which broke the Internet in 2006! Sound guy – BrandX
