Serial Antifa riot arrestee Carly Anne Ballard (born Sept. 10, 1985), has had her assault of a federal officer charge dismissed by federal prosecutors in Portland today. She violated the conditions of her release in October 2020 by returning to a riot but faced no consequences. Her local charges were also quickly dropped by Portland DA Mike Schmidt.
Most of the Antifa rioters in 2020 who were federally charged had their cases dismissed or were given sweetheart deferred resolutions.
