But this particular science, the actual biology of the human body, is considered transphobic by radical leftists.
You cannot say that only women can get pregnant because that necessarily excludes biological women who identify as men but are still biologically female (trans men), as well as non-binary individuals who are biologically female but self-identify as neither male nor female. [Mind you, this narrative is thrown completely out the window when it comes to the abortion debate, when radical leftist extremists can insist that men have no say in the debate because only women can get pregnant. But I’m not focusing on that hypocritical double standard right now.]
