COMMENTARY ON THE BELOW VIDEO: Counterweight is a very valuable organisation right now. I have had dealings myself personally and have spoken to Helen Pluckrose and she is the real deal.

Rather than butchering together my own description of the organisation, below you can see the intro from their website with a link following it – BrandX:

“Welcome to Counterweight, the home of scholarship and advice on Critical Social Justice ideology. We are here to connect you with the resources, advice and guidance you need to address CSJ beliefs as you encounter them in your day-to-day life. The Counterweight community is a non-partisan, grassroots movement advocating for liberal concepts of social justice including individualism, universalism, viewpoint diversity and the free exchange of ideas. Subscribe today to become part of the Counterweight movement”

COMMENTARY ON THE BELOW VIDEO: Mia Khalifa… 🤮 I can’t think of a less credible source of information. Vile human being on so many levels. If you’ve ever whacked off to her, you may need an exorcist.

Michael Knowles on the other hand (actually no, let me rephrase that, as this context sounds wrong!). Michael Knowles… however is a real voice of reason. One of my favourite YouTube commentators at the moment, even if I don’t always resonate with everything he says. He certainly does make you think.

He has a new book currently out in the US. I am just waiting for the UK print release and will add to our growing Recommended Reading section if it passes my checks – BrandX.

COMMENTARY ON THE BELOW VIDEO: Interesting subject. Kind of silly… Masters of the Universe. Yes that cartoon from the 80s. But Jeremy over at Geeks and Gamers does some good analysis here.

He discusses the modern-day hijacking of beloved pre-existing fictional properties/characters and their repurposing, to push far-left intersectional identity politics on the audiences. Particularly the younger and impressionable ones. Hence I sense that (as silly as this cartoon is) it is still relevant with everything that we talk about here.

At least He-Man puts his gender pronouns in his name anyway. Maybe all this started with him. Ponder on that – BrandX.
